Cancellation Policy

EyePros provides an online booking system to allow patients to request appointments for consultations, assessments, treatments, and related eye-care services. Online booking is intended to make access to our services simple, convenient, and efficient. All online bookings are subject to appointment availability and confirmation by EyePros. A booking request submitted online does not guarantee that an appointment has been finalised until the patient receives confirmation from EyePros by email, text message, telephone, or through the booking platform. Patients must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when making a booking, including contact details, relevant medical information, and the reason for the appointment. EyePros may contact the patient before the appointment to clarify information, confirm suitability, or request additional details. EyePros reserves the right to amend, reschedule, or cancel an online booking where necessary, including where the appointment type selected is not suitable for the patient’s needs, where clinical urgency requires alternative arrangements, or where there has been an administrative or system error. Cancellations and Rescheduling Patients are responsible for attending appointments on time. If a patient needs to cancel or reschedule, they must give at least 48 hours’ notice by calling 0333 7727277 or emailing info@eyepros.co.uk. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may affect future booking availability and may be subject to applicable cancellation terms where stated. Online booking must not be used for emergencies or urgent sight-threatening symptoms. Patients experiencing sudden loss of vision, severe eye pain, significant trauma, new flashes or floaters, or other urgent symptoms should seek immediate medical advice through NHS 111, A&E, or emergency eye-care services. EyePros will handle all personal and medical information submitted through the online booking system in accordance with applicable data protection laws, confidentiality requirements, and our privacy policy. By submitting an online booking request, the patient confirms that the information provided is accurate and that they agree to this booking policy.
